    does a lot of protein make you sh*t a lot

    I crap between 3 and 7 times a freaking day. I never ate as much protein before as i started to in June. Ever since July i crap like 3 to 7 times a day. I think i may have irritable bowel syndrome or something. It gets in the way of me being able to take in more cals cuz i know id be crapping 10 times a day if i take in like 3500 cals and it already hurts enough to sometimes do it beyond 4 or 5 times. I eat about 2500 average a day. Idk im just sick of it. i went to get a stool check to see if anythings wrong results coming back soon. My dad says its cuz im lifting heavier and have gotten a lot bigger. Im like i wouldn't be taking 7 ****s a day sometimes just because i got bigger. ill take in anywhere between 135 and 185 grams of protein daily

    Bench Press estimated 235 (205x3) / 275
    Deadlift 374 / 455

    Bodyfat % 25%+ / 10%

    i pharted alot( taking around 110g protein a day), and only **** 3 times a day, sometimes 4 times, i got a super skill that i can keep my **** inside my @ss for about 4 hour or so, trying not to poop, cause pooping at school is dangerous( sometimes friend play a prank on me) srs

    Nope. You probably have some bowel movement problem or so. However increased farting would be normal when u up your protein intake. I let out alot of of gas when i was on GOMAD.

    But ontopic.. eating about 200g per day i normally go only once or twice per day and i also have a lot of fiber included in my diet.
