Diet and being hungry
I have been doing my diet spot on always keeping with in macros but I am always hungry, I just want to keep eating. I did start Intermitant fasting along with keto, but why am i always hungry. I just think about food almost all day.
any suggestions?

It's a bit unusual for a lot of hunger on keto. It always does the opposite for me, and when I've done IF with it, I just don't get hungry at all.
Noting a difference here between "thinking about food all the time" and actually "being hungry".
How long have you been in keto? Fully adjusted yet?

Often drop cals to 1500-1800. lift 6 days a week (set up a great plan to do this with) and cardio about 5-6 days a week ranging from HIIT to LISS usually about 25-60 mins in length, sometimes pre and post. I think i just havnt been eating enough for my activity level so my appetite is like a damn lion. If i say f*ck it one day and just eat what ever i can easily pack in close to 3300 calories in an hour and a half, im full as hell but the appetite is still strong.
talk about sky rocketing the metabolism. Theres a little bit more of a run down. If i do take in food and carbs like that at night or a random day i do see it helping me often, cause ill drop back into keto pretty quick as i have been fat adapted for a while. Been doing keto for almost a year with random carb fun. they make me feel like crap but they taste so good. haha
I guess i can look at it as a mini bulk....

Judging by your avi, the hunger is stemming from your leanness. You are a pretty knowledgeable poster so I'm going to assume you are aware of the hormones that are regulating hunger/appetite. Maybe some tips from this article will help?
