how many grams of protein do you consume then? Unless your a naturally big guy, 376 grams of carbs seem like alot.
Too much carbs can just make you fat. For bulking purposes it's always ideal to consume more protien than carbs
    Protien>>carb diet.

Does it fit into your desired caloric intake?

    If yes, it's fine.

Too much carbohydrates doesn't make you fat unless you somehow consume a vast amount on a daily basis.

It's not ideal to consume more protein than carbohydrates. It's ideal to consume sufficient protein and get the remainder of your calories from dietary fat and carbohydrates.

130lbs. going for 160lbs in the next 9 months, and not shooting for all of it to be pure muscle.

You can never have too many carbs.

Well you can, just make sure your hitting your desired caloric intake for the day. and hitting protein requirements of course.

If you care about your health, you shouldn't be eating that many carbs.. Too many carbs will increase your insulin levels. Eat more protein and fats

Care to elaborate on that? Or are you just going to pretend you know what you're talking about by degrading my advice to the OP without anything to back it up?

You're the one asserting carbohydrates are bad for your health because of some vague reference to insulin.

You're fine eating that many carbs, but 8 cups of cheerios? Why on earth would you do that....? Id suggest some variety in there; ditch most of the cheerios and add some potatoes, pasta, oats, rice, etc. Then you'll be golden.

Your retarded. Your arguing with me on raised insulin levels being apparently bad, when without raised insulin levels ... .there would be no muscle growth in the first place. Nice.

I never said carbohydrates are bad for your health? I said TOO MUCH is bad for your health, big difference buddy. Too much of anything is bad, and if you don't believe that then you're an idiot

Notice how I said "if you care about your health", not "if you want to get bigger" in my first post.

So then your implying that people that get most of their calories from carbohydrates, don't "care about their health".

    Strong logic bro. Strong logic.

Ok, Mr mature. Lets have an e-fight over weight? I may be 130 lbs, but at least I have a brain.

Oh by the way, I said "People get most of their calories from carbohydrates", not eating TOO MANY CARBS. Obviously anything in excess is going to be "bad" *******.
