Honestly I never did deload, I been increasing weight everytime and it's been like that for years.
If I feel exhausted , maybe for working out straight for 2month (doesn't mean I work out everyday, I workout 4-5days a week), I just take a week off and come back.
I know some of you people might never take a break and choose to deload instead, if so, how often do you deload? And do you guys ever take the week break that I do?
Thanks and +rep.

I take weeks off as well and therefore don't deload. Some use both methods, others only one of the two. It's a personal choice.
Those who deload usually do it around 5-10 times per year.Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

I took a week of recently due to illness and work. Felt really good when I got back into the gym and my energy levels were much better. I can't remember who it was, but a guy here once mentioned he has seen friends who have been on vacation and had done no training for a few weeks and look much better than when they left simply by taking time off to recover fully. I have no set pattern to when I take time off. As soon as I notice that my lifts are getting worse consistently over a few workouts I'll take some time off and just make sure I am taking in good nutrition whilst doing so.
Go big or go home!

If the body is sore and joints tired, 3 full days off is really all you need. This way youll come back and not lose any strength
