Multi or whey??

If i had to choose optimum nutrition multi or on whey, what should i get??? Multi is $22 and will last me 3 months (cheapest and will last longest). Whey is $45 and will last between 2-3.5 months. Usually without whey i get around 130-200 grams of protein and i weigh 145 but i usually use whey post workout because its fast acting

a multi will almost certainly give no noticeable difference to progress

whey can be made to work if used with a decent food diet

but since when were multi's that expensive? dont buy a fancy bodybuilding multi just get a cheap bottle from the supermarket/grocery store

Whey is going to be useless to you with that protein intake, get a good multi.

i would get your protein from your diet so then you can get a multi to fill in the gaps in your diet.

Just wondering, what's the difference between an expensive BB multi and something like Centrum? The latter is a lot cheaper and seems to have a lot of micros.
