would current Phil beat late 90's Coleman.

I'm not talkin if Phil was back then etc, I mean like, if current Phil was transported back via arnie style time travel, would he have beaten Coleman? Obviously Coleman dwarfs Phil in every aspect besides maybe arms, but honestly, don't you think Phil is a better blend of mass and symmetry. I definitely do, but then again I don't really know ****, but still, I gotta say, i think the sport is in a good place right now with Phil as the champ.

Still rooting for Kai to nail his posing and conditioning and win tho, that guy truly is inspirational and pressents a kinda tighter, neater but obviously smaller version of what Ronnie was bringing imo.

I def have him top 3. Wheelers condition in 98/99 was no were near as good as Heaths plus Heath is more developed now then Flex was. Heaths back would smash Flex's

    Watery hamstrings to.

Just looked up 98/99 competitors. Doubt he could beat Nasser (3rd in 98).

wow in 1998, Ronnie was in 4th after the first round, then shot to straight 1s for the next 3 rounds

Nasser's conditioning was poor, even in 97, and very weak from the back. Other than Ronnie in 98 and 99, I think Phil would have beaten anyone from the 90s.

Agreed. Phil would have placed 2nd to Coleman in 1998 and 1999. Ronnie 2.0 still beats Phil Heath of 2011. Ronnie 3.0 blows Heath away.

Conditioning alone wouldn't save Heath. The top 3-4 of the late 90's was much bigger and it's not like they're conditioning was terrible either.
Yes you have some spotty soft hammies or glutes in some guys but overall they were more crisp and definitely more dense than a current Heath.

Nasser looked terrible from the back every year. His weakness was his back. He would turn around and the size was there but when he posed you were left waiting for the muscles to "pop"......but they just didn't.

The pics of Wheeler I just showed prove everything you just said is wrong.....his back in the late 90s was not more dense or crisp then Heaths.

Judging is not based on judging bodypart by bodypart, they judge a body as an whole. Flex hanged with a 99 Coleman (even if you don't agree, the scorecards told a different story). Heath most likely would not.
Heath just not stands out as a clear winner nowadays in an arguably weaker line-up, i doubt he would in 98-99 or 2000.

And you are so sure of that when they never stood next to each other... Right!! lol gosh...
And i'm talking of the top 3-4, not only Flex. Way to try and strawman, pushing the subject to a guy alone to try and win an argument.

Waiting for the comment that Heath's back is better than Ronnie's....lol. Phil has nothing but love from me but from a back stand point he is not anywhere near Coleman in the back dept. in his prime....yet.

So now you have to stand next to someone to judge Density? Standing next to someone is only useful for judging the difference in size you can judge density without standing next to someone....and now that I proved what you said as wrong you want to move onto other guys like Nassar....lol.....HAHAHAHA
