    Should you take valerian root with rhodiola or ginseng?(srs)

    im looking youse these herbs for stress and anxiety, but I don't know if I should combine them together?
    I've read rhodiola and ginseng are okay together, but nothing about valerian
    Can I take all three in the morning?

    That's an odd combination to calm down. I used to work for a supplement company that had a product combining Rhodiola and Ginseng and the entire point was to give you an energy boost, not to calm you down. Never ever take those at night or you won't sleep a wink.

    Conversely, taking Valerian in the morning is a bad idea. We always referred to it within the company as "herbal Valium." Its definitely something to take before bed. St. John's Wort is ideal for mellowing out without crashing like you would on Valerian.
