    before cutting and after

    well even though i didnt really make a great muscle gain while i was bulking (weigh about the same as i did before i started, about a 3 lb gain however) im still doing my routine and am finishing up cutting.

    Still have 2 more months to go, but you can see a big difference from when i was bulking.

    That last pic is a bit blurry, but I can REALLY see a big difference! Your BF% looks to be a lot lower and your muscles show a lot more definition! Keep up the good work!

    thanks man, it wasnt easy. i bulked up in 4 months instead of 6, this time ill take it slower, hopefully less fat by the time im done.

    am eating 6 meals of 283 cal= 1700 cal per day. (am 6'2'', 177 lbs)

    doing 40-40-20 (%carbs-%protein-%fat) ...almost all unsat fat, all complex carbs. lots of water, multivitamin daily.
    and cardio 3 times a week, ran about 3 miles each time, before i ate. stopped eating before 2 hrs before bedtime.

    by the way

    so this will be my first year of body building, as of mid august. is this about what you guys looked like when you were done with your 1st year??? or am i a bit less than average? my gains sucked really bad...was 170 before bulk, went up to 200, almost done cutting and am 175, still not as lean though. (i guess ill come out even, unfortunatly) so even though im learning new techniques(the post workout ones should help esp.), im hoping to put on ALOT more mass next time, as i mentioned in other threads in the teen section. any help?
