How does your guys DB bench compare to your barbell? I think I only bench like 165 without a spotter and touching my chest x10.

Did 90's for 11 the other day. I have also done 100's for 2 or 3 full range of motion. I only bench 225 for 7 reps though

Gym DB set only goes up to 120, and I can do them 10 times fairly easy. I tend to do more incline now though and can do 110s for 8 on that

I can do 52kgs for 6-7 reps, but that's all my gym's dumbbells go up to. That's around 114s I think
