It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

Started lifting back in late december. Prior to that i had lifted casually every once in a full moon. Even then, no knowledge whatsoever.
Now that i've been lifting more consistently with what i'd like to believe as somewhat of knowledge, i am liking my gains. In december, i struggled to squat 225.
225 bench, ~365 squat, 385 deadlift.
My goal for this year is to surpass:
260 bench, 405 squat, 430 deadlift.
Do these numbers seem reasonable?

Hi Guys,
Jason, Phi or anyone else, could you guys please advice me a good routine which will hit each body part twice a week? Like upper and lower.
I have never trained each body part more than once a week, but I have read good things here and i am going to give it a try.
I have been training for like two years. The first year it was kind of on and off and with no glue what I was doing. In the last year it is better, but i am still very weak, so I want to work on strength and mass as well.
I will really appreciate your help guys.
I was thinking about 5/3/1, but it hits each bodypart once a week.
Thanks guys

When i take to much air, i build up too much pressure as I descend into the hole. Its the weirdest feeling, you get tunnel vision, background noise sounds like a fog horn and then you wake up on the ground wondering wtf happened. Ive gotten better at knowing when im going to black out so i can cut the squat high and only get really wobbly and not a full black out. This time i was a little late with the cutting off point and came up with the bar, started wobbling, spotters caught me and the bar as i was near lockout and put me into the rack. I dont remember this, i just woke up on the ground.

This doesn't deserve its own thread, but I was browsing some fitness tumblrs and found this... http://tumblrgym.tumblr.com/post/179...workout-videos

Does anyone incorporate hack squats into their routine? They're becoming a favorite as of late.
