Long term goal is to compete at 148s/165s (as in, going to be around 10 years or more to get there) but I've got a lot of fat I can get rid of and still grow in the 123s before moving up to 132s.

I caught that too. Most tech forums will ban you for discussion of it. I know EF has a ban-policy for it because: "It has taken too many good bros from us."

Subject to debate but the bros don't grasp the term moderation sometimes, and one too many and its lights out. Methinks the teminator is not so bad... might do that myself for 5 or 6 weeks if I really want to lean out without dieting later this year. Not a fan of a clean house though...

I promise not every post is directed at you. The 170-180 was pulled from Jason's post. My point was simply that without context, it is rather arbitrary to throw out numbers.

My personal goals wouldn't have me sitting at a weight when I have more growing/cutting to do, but I also understand people have different goals/plans than myself.

Rear delt pic. Looks as though I have none (i think...) unflexed.

Flexed back. Ignore the bed head....

Do you think its posture? disproportion?

It is more posture in the first one. Your posterior delt is mildly disproportionate with anterior when flexed, but it really is mildly so.

Most people's anterior delt looks much larger in a relaxed position. You have to go by a flexed posed to really see the 3 heads to any degree.

I think I may be nitpicking it. Ill keep throwing in a rear delt specific movement and just roll with it. I am heading to the gym now for deads, bobbr, ohp and will vid the row to be sure im not too upright.

    Thanks

What type of rowing are you doing?

Depending on what type, you can adjust your row height and incorporate more rear delts.

Ive I switch it up between bobb (overhand), tbar (narrow grip and using bb in a corner, no machine.) inverted, and seated cable (also narrow grip.) Mostly the first three in rotation.

5/3/1 works over the duration of multiple cycles, not a single cycle (see here: http://531year.blogspot.com/). If you switch to a program and almost immediately switch off, you're never going to make significant progress.

    This.

Tried doing some light squat recovery type work while in the office. Almost split my pants in the hole lol. Guess that idea needs to be rethunk.
