so putting a little too much english on my BB rows two days ago has left me with an extremeeeeeeely tight back (muscles running along down my spine). Somehow was able to squat today after a massive scare-cramp-tremmor thing during warm up. Somehow still hit 370 x 4 but jesus it is tightening up even worse now. The slightest wrong movement and...BAM!

Anyone else read The Westside Barbell Book of Methods by Louie Simmons? Not a bad book. I understand a lot more about Westside now but damn Louie needs work on his writing skrillz. A lot of regurgitated ****.
