    I've started in the last couple of weeks to help with my terrible squat form (balls of feet on the top of the foot plate, going to the stopper).

    so putting a little too much english on my BB rows two days ago has left me with an extremeeeeeeely tight back (muscles running along down my spine). Somehow was able to squat today after a massive scare-cramp-tremmor thing during warm up. Somehow still hit 370 x 4 but jesus it is tightening up even worse now. The slightest wrong movement and...BAM!
