Nahhh not on my gym bottle...But I do write quotes on my basement walls in chalk...When I wanna give up on a lift...I read the quote and squeeze another rep out....

Not on my gym bottle, but I do have them in my office, on the fridge, in my room, and most of the time I have some sort of quote or motivating pic as my wallpaper on my phone and computer..

Not on the bottle but on the whiteboard in the bedroom to look at first thing every morning .
