You guys should also post your squatting style (equipment, stance, descent speed, etc.).
637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.

Equipment: Super Centurion
Stance: As wide as a standard power rack allows for
Descent Speed: Slow-ish I guess

I've used a couple different wraps, and I like my 2.5M strangulators the most. Mad rebound out of the hole, I'd estimate my carryover solely from them to be 30-40 lbs.Elite Raw Powerlifter

Equipment: Super Centurion
Stance: Wide
Descent Speed: Medium, I'm working on going faster though
Wraps: EFS Heavy Knee Wraps
I don't have anything to compare them to, but I like them so far. Also, if you're gonna get something from APT, I'd get it now.I don't care.

stance-fairly wide
descent speed-Slow/medium
wraps-Inzer True black
I like the wraps but I wouldn't recommend them if you don't like stiff wraps. The first couple times I used them I got bruises from them, it feels like they get tighter and tighter as you begin to move."It's not what you accomplished or how long it took you to get there, what really matters is that you actually did it!"

when i was raw i used the inzer z wraps, 2 meters. And i got 40-50lbs when i wrapped them as tight as possible. My stance was medium wide.
I just recently bought the new inzer gripper wraps and are in love with them**New Jersey Crew 732**

I squat raw and compete in a fed that allows knee wraps. I've used z-wraps, metal 3 black line and efs super heavy. Super heavy knee wraps have given me the most support and rebound out of any other rebound. I used 2.5 meter also. Don't get 2 meter in the super heavys because you won't be able to get enough wrap around the knee. I would also suggest having someone wrap your knees if you are using them. They are cast like

I squat just outside shoulder width, deep, and fast. I like the Inzer iron z wraps. They give great rebound for a fast squatter. They dont offer much stopping power though.
