I've been getting turkey for the past month but it's boring so I've decided to experiment. I usually get footlong 9 grainwheat plus all of the condiments except jalapenos and pickles & swiss cheese though.
I tried the BLT today and with lite mayo and melted cheese it was pretty good. Could use more protein but it's low sodium and only $5.

On the days where they have some of their pricier subs on special I'll grab one of those, but normally I stick with the foot-long Ham on 9-Grain Honey Oat. Makes me feel quite health-conscious...
Would definitely recommend trying the meatball sub on Italian Herbs and Cheese with extra cheese and bacon added at least once in your life though (a.k.a. the "Heart Attack Special")."Every fourth quarter, I like to Mike Jordan 'em" - Jay-Z

Buffalo chicken on wheat with provolone, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, onions, olives & jalapenos. Double chicken sometimes. None of their other sauces.

i used to work at subway...but since leaving i refuse to pay even 5$ for their subs, its a total rip. my special when i worked there though was the subway club(turkey, roast beef, ham) footlong, TRIPLE or even quadruple meat depending on macros regular or no cheese, and all the veggies (minus the pickled stuff). never payed for it either lol...I just couldnt go back to the thin single layer of meat they put on.
Edit: skip the sauces! the basin they sit in all day is fuarking gross!xTUNAx CREW
