Right scale or do I need to exercise?
It's already included my profile but if you don't see I'm 5'7 and weigh 140 Ibs (well to be exact it's somewhere within the ranges of 136 Ibs -142 Ibs, though one time I was weighing 152 Ibs).

I have no idea what you are really asking, but you should always exercise.

I meant to say if I was on the right frame.

You need to be more specific. What exactly are you asking? Right scale? Weight Scale? Frame of what? Frame of what? Are you asking if you should exercise? I think everyone on here would say DUH.
Just ask the question you want to ask in a whole sentence like.....Am I in the right frame of mind to exercise or do I need to hit myself in the head with a right scale? (whatever that is )

Ok... is my weight I just mentioned in the right frame for my height? I think it's lesser and I might be a bit overweight.

Damn, it's good to be me!
Could you be a little more vague?

Beefy ---> Ripped...GO!
Are oyu asking of 140 is a good target weight for 5'7"? Depends on what you're trying to accomplish. I'm 5'8" and am shooting for 135 to 140 at 12%. I think that looks much better than 140 at 35%.
So again, what's the question? What are your stats such as BF, etc?

Okay so are you asking us if your weight (around 145) is ideal for your height? If so, take a few pictures and we can help you out. Pictures of your front, side back, legs and we can help you figure out if its ideal or not.
But I say if you're happy with your weight then its ideal for you. But its always good to ask others just in case.

You are not overweight for your height. Still, you should exercise. There are a million of reasons why it's good for your health to do so other than keeping your weight down.
