Going to try this stack. The solid says to take in the morning. What time of day is it best to take the A-HD? Should I take it with the solid in the morning? Or should I take it before my workout. Sorry if this is a stupid question. I just really know nothing about supps. Thanks
Forgot to add that I work out about 6 or 7 pm every night.
