    Exclamation Protein intake question fellas

    im a solid 200lbs

    if i want to see maximum muscle gain results how much protein should i have a day? currently i get about 200-230g's a day.

    Most would say, shoot for 1g - per pound of lean mass. So your a little overkill, but if it's working for you. Keep it up.

    18-20 im assuming. i came from 240lb so yea :/
