Fron September 25th to October 27th, I am going to be healthier and start better habits. I'm am going to follow the guidelines below:
1) I will drink at least my weight in ounces of water everday.
2) I will go to bed at 9PM and wake at 4PM.
3) I will work out in some sort of way for 30 minutes everday plus 10-15 minutes or stretching. Cardio three times a week and resistence twice a week.
4) I can only eat 3 processed foods a day, not including mildly processed meats.
5) Tuesdays will be my cheat days. I don't have to work out and can eat up to 2200 cals.

bf%: 26.6
hips: 41in
waist: 33in
forearm: 10.75in
calf: 15in
Anyone have any other suggestions on how to be healthier?
