No, he should not be cutting. His bf% is actually not that high from what I can see. He should do clean bulk this winter. Also He doesn't have as much muscle mass to cut down to as the guy in the picture you posted.

There are no judges. There will be a public poll with before and after pictures for anyone to vote on. You are supposed to post pictures now, the 25th is the latest that you can post them. Look at it like this, the people who post the pictures now are doing what they are supposed to, the people who post them on the 25h are giving themselves a disadvantage.

Biggest improvement. So if someone who is 5'10 and 115lbs gains 30lbs and was 145lbs by the end, they might have the biggest improvement and could win.

Isnt that abit disadvantaged for people who have been bulking previously, against people who are just starting their serious gains ?

Not sure if this works with iphoto because I don't have any pictures in there, but to find the picture files for photo booth you go into your username, then go to Pictures, then go to Photo Booth, and there are all of your pictures. Then upload the pictures to an image hosting site such as tinypic.com
