Try eating more and the weight will come, don't count calories, just eat everything you can all day long.

Well I do. Its just my disorder makes it so my body doesn't digest food properly. My pancreas doesn't work so I have to take oral enzymes to substitute. But I try to eat 5 meals a day and I just started taking Serious Mass tonight and i recorded my weight so hopefully in a month or so il have put on a few pounds.

In. I recommend that you have contenders post their workouts in here sort of like a community workout log or else the contest will die.

My stats right now are:
145x8 bench press
200x12 squat
275x8 deadlift

5'11" 162lbs.

I'm not sure what you mean by front/back/side pose. Any of the front/back/side poses?? Or a relaxed? Or what.

Thanks man. Arms are probably about 17" in the picture. This was taken after my back workout so bis had a little pump. Been lifting on and off for about 2 years.

bench is shooting up. in terms of strength I've done great so far. since November I started at 165x5, now can do 190x5. still not a great bench, but much better than before. military has gone from 95x3, to 120x3. also, I'm up to about 205, which is around 12, 13 pounds higher from where I started. fgm. hows everyone else doing?

My arms are getting to 17" as i wanted, at 5'11 they look decently big, but i def want to improve chest/legs..

I've seen a 5 - 15lb increase on my lifts. Depends on the lifts. No bigger though. its all good. I guess I'm used to being small , so I might as well be strong as hell. Random note. I hit a new max on lat pulldowns 110lbs 5 (failure I couldn't do anymore)

Me either. I was 101.2 at the doctors today though. Where im usually 100. Its not much of a difference but a shock to me. I have made strength progress though. Just no mass. SOon. I will.

babyslayer said something similar, he said he got the best results with a large amount of food right after his workouts, compared to getting a steady flow of calories

I don't have time to go to buffets but I try to stuff myself all the way post workout, then eat some more. kind of hard with all my schoolwork =(
