I stuck my last disastrous training session totally out of my mind and went in there with the intention of fukking those weights up
totally nailed it. bench 130 (last rep last set took tons of effort but wasn't really a struggle), squat 150 (felt easy today! almost couldn't believe I couldn't even finish two sets on Friday. and I was seriously getting the reps done like 5x as fast, I felt like I had mad explosive power), and finally got all 5 reps of a 200 DL (stuck right below knees on the fifth rep last attempt)
I got Converse for Christmas and I definitely felt way better squatting and deadlifting in them, didn't feel like I was pressing into a pillow any more
Super excited now. brb eating tons

lifted for the first time in a week yesterday =) feels good man
my workout wasn't as good because I fapped right before (srs). I just felt like going to sleep. I remember last year I was gonna squat 180lbs but I'd fapped earlier in the day, and my legs felt so shaky that I had to lower it to 175. even 175 felt hard though. since then I vowed never to fap before I lift but yesterday I looked at dat dere pr0nz and I gave in
still hit new weights thoughsig line can't be a novel crew. and I'll be banned if I make it a novel again

Good workout today, though I did have to bail out on the last rep of my second set of squats. Then I pushed the final rep on my last set so hard that I ended up with a splitting headache for the rest of the workout. Benched 215 though, which felt great. On track to have 225 bench and 315 squat by the end of January.

making good progress, gained 8 pounds now . strength increases as well. i switched from seating dumbbell overhead press to military press. i am up to 3x5 with 120 lbs. now. i feel so swole pushing all that weight up over my head. kills my core too. keep making progress guys!
