    Chest Help

So i start off my bench with 25 pounds on each side, going 1 second up and 3 seconds down, by my third set i can barely do it with 5 on each side, is this normal, why am i tiring out so fast? i am a begginer btw. Also how should my grip be and width, i do it about shoulder width on the rings of the bar. I go for about 8 reps btw, should i work on muscle 8-12 reps or try to increase stregnth first? thanks

    Get on a proven routine.

Stop taking 3 seconds on the eccentric.
