lol @ fitting your macros with beer. Pretty impressed at no noticeable fat gain. Are you still sore from training?

np dusty.
currently switched over from sweet taters to whole wheat pasta. 10 for $10 at stop and shop. like 240g carbs per box. and it's delicious.
my weekend macros frequently suck tho. if i come home after drinking and know im under, for some reason i just do not have the appetite to shovel down another 2 bowls of oatmeal. efffff........[IIFYM]

its funny to me b/c me and my buddy were actually just yesterday talking about how awesome bacon is and how it makes everything better. then he said that he tried a bacon flavored vodka before, called bakon. then i thought to myself, 'wait, vodka is the only thing bacon doesnt make better, b/c when you drink enough of it, it still leaves a taste like ass in your mouth'.
coolstorybro/10
aforementioned 'bakon' vodka
this really bothers me though - the whole inability to hit my macros on the weekend, i've been under from friday - today. if i cant rep out 295 in the gym on monday, i am going to be the angriest mother ****er ever.[IIFYM]

i started slightly before july, when i first began keto. and i had squatted like a retard for a while, no atg, just trying to hit the 90* bend. then i tweaked my back doing deadlifts, took 2 weeks off of the gym, and started back from the bottom, squatting the right way with good form.
glute doms feel interesting.
macros were hit again today.
gym cliffs-
realized that i gotta drop down the number of exercises im doing. ****'s killing me. wiped by the time i get to the 4th exercise
chest-
flat db bench
incline db bench
flys
incline flys
decline db bench
next week chest day in the gym will be incline db, flys, and idk. long story short, im srsly cutting down the exercises.
macros have been/will be reached today[IIFYM]

same caption? or just the picture of ffry?
i generated that meme on my own while trying to troll one of the guys from another forum i frequent.
moving ahead with UD2.0 this coming sunday, assuming i have time this fri/sat to calc all my macro needs and set up my lifts. i've got a question pertaining to the depletion workout that i'll have to pm you later once i have time to re-read that section.
assuming i remembered the procedure correctly, this is what my UD2 will look like:
sun: deplete, mon: deplete, tues: rest, wed: tension, thurs: rest+carbs, friday: power+carbs, sat: rest+carbs
i have a feeling i goof'd somewhere in remembering how that schedule works out.[IIFYM]

It was the pic/gif with no caption.
That schedule works. It's pretty much the same except you bumped it a day back which he says is fine. The only day I would reread is the tension workout day. Try running a few cycles exactly as he states before making any changes (provided you choose to make any at all). You'll get the hang of it quickly...
