Way to keep cooked rice moist

I like to cook a couple boxes of brown rice (~12cups) for the week. How do you guys normally store it? I will let it cool down a bit, but still warm; I will put it in a ziplock and then put it all in the freezer...

Rejection is part of life and if you go around avoiding it, then you aren't going to realize everything this universe has to offer. The quick, sharp pain of rejection you feel is a very momentary fleeting feeling that will disappear. The pain of "what if", however, can last a life time

Don't let it cool before you cover it. I usually cook 2 cups of rice at a time, take it off the stove and put it right into Tupperware and into the fridge. This helps trap in the steam so it stays moist longer... No problems drying out when I nuke it for lunch, even days later!

Put it in tupperware containers(I use SnapLocks from Costco). The trick is when you go to warm it up, put it in a microwave safe bowl, put a Tbsp or 2 of water in the bowl, cover with a plate or whatever, nuke it to warm it and the small bit of water at the bottom will steam and soften it all up. Or if you warm it in a pan stovetop, same thing, throw a little water in and cover first. If its too wet, then just uncover and cook a little to let it steam off.
