10-31-2011, 08:45 PM #31ILS is a primal threat/mating display observed in the human male. The ILS display involves the male human holding out its arms away from its body at approximately a 20-40 degree angle and then walking with a slow deliberate gait inorder to look more imposing to other humans. The posture is used primarily as a form of non-verbal communication such as a mating display to attract or impress females or as a defense or dominance posture to appear larger to a threat or to intimidate rival males.

I've been waiting like 3 weeks for this,
in 4 lack of vids.
Run neg train plz? He's bragged about his bench multiple times calling people noobs and spreading his advice which usually makes zero sense."If death is victory; how afraid of life can we be?"

Honestly who the phuck cares, him lying isn't making him any bigger/ stronger. In the meantime you ****s are arguing about it when you could be doing something to help yourself progress.

It's possible... if you did bench press like everyday to everyother day for those 5 months straight. You don't need big biceps to do 200sish for bench anyways. Strength =/= size. But he should still post a video, if not he may as well be lying because that's what everyone will consider him.
Edit: 16 @ 5'10 makes it way more unlikely.

My roommate is 5'4 and 138lbs and benches 275. Being that small, he is pretty dense, although he has been lifting for 4 or 5 years. The range of motion always makes me rage when I spot him..he goes all the way down to his chest and its still like a quarter of the ROM I have to do, being 8 inches taller than him

Your arm is more than 60% tricep
anyways, sure it's possible at his weight and height, but not at his age + experience (in my opinion) if he could do it he'd post a vid, and I'd be thoroughly impressed.
I'm like "naturally" good at bench compared to my other lifts, and it took me 19 months to go from 135 - 285, (of course it's not like I was training correctly the whole time but its just an example)"If death is victory; how afraid of life can we be?"
