If you are a beginner, you respond better to more frequency.Meaning you train Bench or Squat 3X a week,sometimes more.
You're not Invader Zim to be different.
stop giving advice at 140pounds.you haven't even figured out what works for yourself.can't even tell if you lift by the way you look.you're not a genetic freak to be different than the rest.

if you can't train your arms or shoulders or chest in 30-35 minutes, your intensity is crap.
I bet in 20 minutes I can make you fall over with even a chest workout.
in 10 minutes, I could heat your shoulders more than they have been heated in your life.
something is very very wrong
ab training should also be like 10minutes. I don't know what the hell you're doing man, but ok.
also tons of cardio while weighing 140pounds

as much as i love going to the gym, i don't wanna go 5 and 6 days. so here is my workout routine and i change a bit every once in a while.
Chest/ bi ( change to tris after 2 months)
back/ tri ( change to bi after 2 months)
off ( sometimes abs at home)
shoulders and forearms plus abs
legs and abs
off all weekend then start again monday
I do each muscle group once a week to allow it to heal completely before i hit it again.
