Unhappy need to get back into good shape. need help with finding good healthy meal plans...

So since starting college I have become very lazy, and I do not eat right at all. in fact chicken nuggets out of the freezer is mostly all i buy.

back in the day i worked out all the time and i got in GREAT shape, BUT THEN i got lazy, moved away from the mother and now have to take care of myself.

unfortunately I lack any form of motivation, and feel like if i were to restart i will not get anywhere. so i guess i should change my diet first, so i can begin eating healthier and then get back into things. So, can any one tell me what i should eat and drink/ what not to eat and drink.

i decided i cannot get fat, and i need to seriously drink a can of man the f*ck up, so to speak.
life will always find a way.

Well first off, if you did it before, not much has changed. There are no secret pills or magical spells that will make it come off. But, nonetheless, you are here, and you want a change so you are like the rest.

The most important factor is COUNTING macros. I don't care if you hate it, you gotta do it. Otherwise you have NO idea where you are at everytime you put something in your mouth. No point systems, no b!tching.

Foods to eat: Veggies, Chicken, Steamed rice (plain nothing added), Oats, Salmon, Tuna, Buffalo (if you like it, it's pretty damn good and much leaner than beef) etc etc.

Workouts: Upper/lower body splits work the best for me, but you may respond differently. At this point getting off the couch is 10x better than staying there. Weight training, is essential. No matter if your goals are to be a mass monster, or lean and look good naked.

You can't go wrong with the main lifts: Squat, bench, cleans, snatch, curls, leg press, Straight leg deadlifts, deadlifts, shoulder raises (side and front), military press, dumbell press, curls, etc.....

There are tons of stickies around, take the time to read them. Someone took the time to write them for this very thread.

I know I left a bunch out, but this should get you started.

    Good luck.
