    7 days on Keto , 11lbs lost.

Is this an acceptable amount? Or is my calorie deficit way too low? Im sitting on around 2000 calories a day with around 50/45/5 Fat Pro Carb ratio. Should I increase my calories to get a slower more beneficiary loss? At this rate I only need another week to reach my goal of 20lbs loss.

(understood that around 3-6lbs would be water weight?)

    (From 200 , to 180)

It's fine, and 2000 cals is not too low unless you cycle or jog to a job digging ditches.

Most of that is water, and when you carb-up, the water will go back on. Now that you've lost the water weight, the scales will slow down.

Be guided by your hunger. If you are not hungry, then your body is telling you that you don't need any more calories yet. When you do need cals, even in keto, you'll know it.

    By the way, "rapeback"????
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

More important than how many cals you're getting a day is how many under your own "maintenance" level that number is. But unless you're burning a buttload of cals, at your ht/wt, 2000 is probably fine.

Gym 4 days a week, basketball 3 days a week, plus work (4x a week) and a vertical jump program 2x a week

Well thats good, iv rarely been hungry on keto and iv been loving it.. havent had any of the negative side effects thus far, apart from quicker fatigue in the gym/basketball.
