150g of pancake mix
120g of oatmeal
1 cup of milk
2 whole eggs
1-2 scoops of whey protein
Cals:1380
Fats:26
Carbs:207
Protein:75
Just mix them all together and make some pancakes. Add water to make it less thick. What do yall think? Anybody have a better breakfast recipe?
