    Best Breakfast Ever!

    150g of pancake mix
    120g of oatmeal
    1 cup of milk
    2 whole eggs
    1-2 scoops of whey protein

    Cals:1380
    Fats:26
    Carbs:207
    Protein:75

    Just mix them all together and make some pancakes. Add water to make it less thick. What do yall think? Anybody have a better breakfast recipe?

    75g of protein is if you only add one scoop of protein. So if you add two scoops you can add 140 calories and add 25g of protein. So you would get 100g of protein out of just one meal. So if you eat this meal twice a day you would only have just a bit of cals left

    You gotta eat big to get big! I'm 15 years old, 6ft 0in, 175 lb, 10%bf. Improvement is needed for sure, but still not too shabby.
