if you eat a ton, and learn proper form, id say 2 months lol
if yuou already have proper form, about 5 - 8 lbs a week or soemthing."If death is victory; how afraid of life can we be?"

depends on a lot. Assuming you're eating well, resting well, taking BCAAs, fish oil, and a multi (and maybe creatine), and doing a Starting Strength routine, not long.
add 5 lbs per workout
bench 3x every 2 weeks
thats 30lbs to your bench a month, you want to add 55.
so about 2 months,
add in stalling, a deload/reset and whatnot you're looking at about 2.5 months.
You wont be able to progress like this for much longer than that I dont think.

I used ronnie colemans workout routine with a strict diet of chicken, tuna, ramen(without salt packet) rice, hotdogs and for breakfast a big bowl of oatmeal. And my supplement stack was Protein Shake 65g, creatine, tribulus, fish oil, flaxsed oil, borage oil, optimen multi and ZMA. And noxplode for pre workout, it works miracles for energy and fatigue.

I went from benching about 95 pounds to 275 in maybe 10 months i think.
you can get from 135 to 185 in 2 months max if you follow bench based programs
you can also get from 185 to 225 in another 2months,or 2.5
btw, you might be able to do it all in even 1.5 months each, for a total of 3-3.5 months from 135 to 225 if you do it right.
so yeah idk what half these guys are talking about..
if you want help with a good bench routine, ask me

depending on how hard you lift, it could be like 2-3 months, just keep it up. try adding 5lbs to your bench everytime you go in, do as many as possible and only go back down weight if its absolutely necessary. also, be sure and do dumbell bench, my trainer always said thats how you build real strength and it definately worked for me. one more thing, be sure to work the rest of your chest and the rest of your body just as hard and youll be surprised in all the gains you make everywhere.
