Hi, I'm new in the forum, as a matter of fact I just created my account a few minutes ago and I have a few questions I hope you can help me with.
Im 20 yrs old, 6 feet tall, and I was 213lbs and for the last month and a half I have been dieting, I started to go to a nutritionist and now I currently am 191lbs
I have reduced a few inches from waist and hips but now my belly seems to be really flacid, more than before. I would like to know if you guys have some tips on how to lose that fat or at least make it less flacid.
And I would also like to know if you recommend to keep losing weight/fat and then do some weights, as I would also like to gain muscle, or if you recommend to do both at the same time, keep on the lose fat diet and go to the gym?
I am currently doing some cardio from time to time just to be moving and not be just sitting here.
