ABOUT ME
Was very skinny (115lbs), then started eating a lot with no exercise
Developed Anorexia, and dropped 20 pounds.
Sophomore year of HS I joined the rowing team, kept with it for 2 years and lost interest. lul
Slowly built my body back up, from 115-170lbs
Wrestled last year at 140lb class
In realtea, I've been lifting for 4 years, though making a lot of mistakes along the way as far as routines and eating goes. Still havent gotten the results someone can make in a year's worth of time. But it's college, as much food as you can stuff down and as long of a workout as you need. Hoping to be big for next year and play rugby for the school.

ABOUT ME
Was very skinny (115lbs), then started messing around in the gym (this was over a year ago)
Gained a little bit of muscle but had no idea what I was doing
Got into running (cross country and track and field) last year in highschool, continue to do this.
Starting using free weights last year around December, I was doing the right exercises just didn't have the right program
In May last year I started SS and gained on my lifts significantly.
Went on vacation for 7 weeks, and as of late August I've been getting my lifts back up to what they were (just started setting new PRs a couple weeks ago)
From my starting weight of around 115-120lbs I've gained 25-30lbs since last year.
I've really only been "lifting" since May in my mind. Though in reality I have been at the gym much longer than that. Every day I'm learning new things and improving my diet, habits, and lifting. I'm hoping to gain a fair deal of mass and actually look like I lift when I'm wearing clothes. I'm going to be bulking for the foreseeable future.
I will be running Starting Strength for the next little while, once I'm done with that I plan on doing 5x5, and from there who knows

Fought a bear over the weekend during my camping trip, not enough hamstring/glute activation though, the entire fight was on the ground.

You'll both achieve all of your goals by 2012, I'm sure. The bench goals seem a bit high to me, but that's just because I'm an awful bencher, haha. Good luck!

Warmed up, and did one set. Didn't like my form, it felt weird. I was already satisfied with my workout so I just left instead of half assing the last bit.

Song of the workout:
Not too bad of a workout. Five days off so this felt meh. Squats weren't quite there, same goes for pullups, and the ohp felt difficult. I got the weight up nonetheless. Didn't expect to hit +30lbs x6, so I surprised myself. There was a guy that noticed me squatting and was nice enough to point a few things out (constructively). Unlike some people who offer advice at the gym this dude knew what he was talking about and looked like he lifted. It made my day that some random person was nice enough to take 5-10minutes from the end of his workout just to help me out. My lower back was kind of caving in after passing 90 degrees, my knees were shooting forward and I wasn't moving up as one single unit. Anyways he showed me a nice warmup to squats that he said would improve my flexibility as well. After my rows I worked on that a bit and left.
Not sure what's going on with my weight fluctuation but it's annoying me. I weighed in at a very disappointing and unusual 142.2 this morning. At the gym I weighed 147.

Lunges? Always wanted to try them, never got around to it. Probably wasn't a good idea before your squats but how do you like dem lunges?

In my defense, I worked out early (~6)
Go to a college party brah, I saw 3 junior girls in high school at a party friday, I lol'd.
They got my legs so tired brahhh, was going for a 225 squat but it killed it hah. Good workout for legs though.
I heard working legs with soimething before squats helps increase the weight but I think my friend gave me too much lool
