Missed a pull workout recently so I went double-time. My partner was doing just the squat workout, so I had to keep pace and do the extra exercise during his sets and rest time.

Woah you ruined my posting streak
It's going well, slowly gaining weight and lifting consistantly again. I was 64.8kg (143lbs) which is at least 4-5lbs up. Been focusing on eating/sleeping a bit more.
Strong lifts, you've definitely left me in the dust. In terms of bodyweight too haha. Have you been training lately? Start postingWe are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit. -Aristotle

Hey dude! No kidding, I was an entire year younger last time we spoke haha. Thanks for the kind words, I am less weak than before and I feel like I'm gaining quickly. I haven't been lifting as consistantly as I am now for a while!! I don't intend on stopping like that again if I can avoid it.
Things are well. My life has consisted of reading and lifting lately, which is fine by me. Last year of highschool too. I figure it's about time I hit some real weight, considering I'm a senior and all lol.
How're things with you? I noticed you don't post on your log anymore. Do you log on gsf or anywhere else still? You're probably a monster by now, I remember how big you were at my age..We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit. -Aristotle

Haha yes. It's been a year wow. And I see you found my log on gsf. My life's been going pretty well man. Settling down in the US and pretty much just learning new things everyday. Yale is an amazing place. I am stretching myself but you just gotta do what you gotta do to get where you want to be in life.
I actually didn't lift seriously at all last year so my strength dropped down a lot but I've been getting back to it since this past summer so now I'm back to gaining strength again and also getting bigger than I was last year. I'm 19 now man. Feels so old haha.
Last year of high school for you huh? Do you have plans for college and stuffs yet? I remember when I was applying to college, though it feels like it was ages ago haha.
