Back on the horse... version 37

I was on here on a super-regular basis for several years, and then BLAM, I vanished.

Soooo... here's me trying to get back on the horse.

It started with a dislocated shoulder in the summer of 2009. ****-tastic doctor told me it was nothing... after 6 months of regular pain at the gym, I gave up and went to another doc, to find out I had dislocated my shoulder and done tons more damage by exercising it for months. So that brings me up to 2010, I managed to separate my shoulder, snowboarding... got that under control within 2-3 months... and immediately, I managed to dislocated my finger and break 3 toes (fell down stairs). Follow all that with a year of wedding planning and a seriously awesome (and gluttonous) honeymoon.

Now that I'm 90% better (can't close my right hand, properly), I'm ready to get back to the grind.

When I first dislocated my shoulder, in 2009, I was at about 235lbs and 13-14% bodyfat (best evAr)... now, I'm at 260lbs and about 28% bodyfat... so I've lost a decent amount of muscle, and seriously packed on weight.

I have no excuse for all the weight gain. I've managed to justify it for years, but it's annoying, and I'm done.

So here's me, posting on here, getting my ass back on the horse. Um... yay!

Lets do this.. LLEEEEEEEEROOOOOOOYYYYYYYYY!!!.. I'd buy some gloves/wraps for your injuries though and take it slow, last thing you wanna do is **** them up more.
