Last summer I was around 105lbs, didn't lift and didn't pay attention to my diet at all. Now I'm underweight, more toned, healthy and I also lift.
I need to gain weight (to get to 105lbs again) but I DON'T want to look like I did last summer(I was like skinny fat/bloated). I shouldn't look like I did now that I lift and eat healthier right? My goal is to be defined & gain muscle..

i think you need to suck it up and bulk, (gain a solid 10 lbs) and then cut. you will feel/look so much better. eat 300-500 surplus, gain .5 lb to 1lb a week and cut in a few months. BINGO.
