Will I improve my bench repping 225 as much as possible or going heavy close to my max (345)? Any advice is welcomed.

From what I've learned, low rep-high weight is better for increasing max lifts. After a certain amount of reps, you're just training for endurance strength. Will you improve your max bench by doing 100 push-ups?
Also, looking at most, if not all, strength programs out there, they all base on somewhere in the 1-6 rep range; there's most likely a reason for that.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure low rep-high weight is better for increasing your max.

Bench Press Calculators
I tried the bench press calculators and for me they have been very accurate..So thats what im trying to figure out if I just continue to improve my endurance with 225 will it increase my 1RM but i have seen 6 as the "magic number" for strength. Just trying to get my numbers up the fastest way.

If you want to increase your one rep max the train closer to your one rep max. 1-6 reps is the recommended rep range for strength gains. Doing high reps lower weight will increase your muscular endurance but will have little correlation with your one rep max. It might go up a little man but nowhere near as much as it otherwise would have done.
