So apparently this guy who is a marine veteran was shot at point blank by Oakland police during Occupy Oakland. Rubber bullets were used, but he was hit with a gas canister. Pics included

Your not suppose to use rubber bullets within 25 yards because if you do it does that. Horrible use of force, I hope the cops get there asses nailed. When your done expending rubber bullets people are not suppose to look like that at all.

Oakland PD has alot of issues. i dont know if point blank is true but the youtube video of the flashbang is ****ed up... several people crowd around him to get him to a doctor, and a cop just lobs a flashbang right into the group

Uh what.
He got shot with a gas canister.
He had a fractured skull with mild brain swelling.
Last I heard he walked himself into the hospital and the only reason he isn't awake right now is they wanted to give him time under for the swelling to come down.
Reports also said his injuries were bad but not life threatening.
