White Flood vs Jack3d

White Flood is my staple pre-workout. I have never had anything that even compares to it, and you can't beat the price per serving either. That being said I usually have a stim heavy preworkout as well to change it up every now and then. To me, Jack3d is just one of the many other stim heavy preworkouts and there really is nothing special about it.

I like jack3d better than the old white flood, haven't tried the new one yet, on week 3 of cycling off stims atm. The original 1mr formula was the best though, hopefully the wf2 is just as good

the old white flood was the first pre workout i ever tried, and it had absolutely no effect on me. picked up a tub of jacked and the energy and focus was pretty awesome/intense, but felt like crap after every workout and it wouldnt let me sleep. stopped taking jacked and have been using superpump, and so far its been great. a good medium for me, not too crazy, but enough to actually feel it.

seems like i have to give this new version of white flood a shot, did they up the caffeine in it or something?

Edit: However, I don't believe that preworkouts are absolutely necessary in the first place. You can get equally good vascularity and pump by taking L-Arginine

Jack3d vs White Flood: What’s with the Flood?

My staples are Cellucor C4 Extreme, Jack3d and Mesomorph.

I sampled White Flood, but must've been too used to stims for it to work. I had a tub of jack3d which made me insane at work. Effect didn't last long in gym.

I went back to Super Dump Two Shiddy and delt with the explosive diahreah for the 2 hour insane workouts I got out of it.

Also Jack3d powder was ruined in less than a month from humidity. Didnt have problems with protein or SP250

If you want to try one or the other I would personally go with white flood, obvious reason would be it's a more complete formula, is cheaper and also contains some stims while Jack3d is simply just a pack of stims all together (but hey whatever floats your boat).saikijeen already summed up a lot of what I was about to type in the post above me.

Although if you're stacking the PWO with other things like bulk mono,bcaa....etc you could have a variety of options to choose from and maybe Jack3d would look like a better profile (if you're adding things like beta-alanine,creatine mono, citrulline malate and so on) but that takes too much guess work and a lot of reading if you're not familiar with the science of how these ingredients should be dosed (i.e beta-alanine should be taken between 3.2g~6.4g/day in split doses to see effective positive results).

Alright for all the people with whom Jack3D did work! I would say try it with Red bull and see what happens but prepare not to sleep that night if u are working out in the evening. If u hit the gym in the morning then try red bull with Jack3D and get the insane power! But not for weak hearts plz!

After going thru a lot of prewrkout product I see only few things which are repeatedly used in all the products I mean commonly used. Like Caffeine, Creatine, Beta Alanine. So keep it simple why to get so complicated. However Beta Alanine is a bogus thing doesn't work! But to make a prewrkout product the 1st two components are needed Caffeine and Creatine. So out of all Jack3D is the simplest form and it doesn't have any sugar or carbs to it.

Prior to White Flood the last stim drink I used was Ultimate Orange, LOL. I like White Flood cuz it gets me going but not jittery and no crash. It has a good nutrient profile and I actually prefer the lack of creatine. Personally all the flavors are average but I get the lemonade flavor cuz it mixes well with other flavored drinks like Xtend.

For me the question is White Flood or White Blood.
