Those not familiar with PSMF I would pick up lyle mcdonalds rapid fatloss book, I dont really feel like explaining it.
Main reason for PSMF is simple....weight is out of hand, looking for a kick start before I start my actual diet.
Only thing I am modifying is using more liquid than lyle recommends due to busy work schedule and never getting a lunch but will eat whole foods when I am at home.
Will have a normal meal on Saturdays due to weekends off and I enjoy watching sports on that day.
Stats:
Weight - 288
BF% - prob 40% range
Guidelines:
Calorie Intake - 800-1000 calories
Protein - 170g
Fat intake - 6-10g fish oil
Carbs - as much veggies as I can handle.

6:30am - 2 scoops Casein in water - 240 calories, 6c, 2f, 48p
10am - Isopure Bottle - 160cal 0c, 0f, 40p
1pm - 8oz Chicken + steamed veggies - 360cals 8c, 3f, 52p
5pm - 3oz String Cheese (melted) + veggies - 240 cals - 8c, 8f, 28p
