    Red face New to bodybuilding

    Hey,

    My name is Jenn and I am new into bodybuilding. My goal is to get into fitness comp. I am looking for some advice on how to get lean and cut. If there is anyone who can give me some advice please do.

    There are some excellent stickies all over these forums. I'd recommend you start with two of Emma-Leigh's, (1) Fat Loss and (2) Calculating calories and macros. Sorry, I can't post the links yet.


    Read, read, search, and read. There are tons of posts on this site, someone's probably asked the question(s) that you have. Determine if you need to bulk or cut. Use one of the plans on the SuperSite if you're new to lifting.

    Throw up your stats (pictures help too), what your nutrition looks like, what your workouts look like and you might get some feedback.
