My Transformation
I posted in the "skinny" thread, but thought I'd start a new thread to explain my transformation a little further. I've been into bodybuilding, weight training since high school (I'm 34 now), but took a couple years off due to some personal stuff, and it showed. My diet suffered too and I lost about 25 pounds. Back at the first of this year I decided to get serious again, more serious than I had ever been. I started meal prepping, supplementing (protein, BCAA's and vitamins), and slowly started back in the gym in February. Once I got over the terrible "first sore", I started lifting heavy, pushing myself like I never had in the gym. Here is a before picture of me and a couple of me currently. Before I was 145 lbs and now 175 lbs. And I'm 5'9" I've gained 2 1/2" on my arms, 2" on my calves, 3" on my quads, 4 1/2" chest, 1 1/2" neck. Obviously the picture of me at the beach is the "BEFORE", for some reason it didn't attach first.
