Nah, I'm not trolling, I dont want to piss anybody off we all know they cant be in top shape all year long but its amazing to see how their changing from "do u even lift" shmucks into fawking perfection on stage

That photo of Branch was taken for a japanese magazine when he came to guest pose at Yokota AFB for the mainland japan bodybuilding competition in 2006 and he looked like a freaking beast. That was one of the first bodybuilding competitions I ever went to and dduring his guest posing routine he came into the crowd and I got to say it was awe inspiring to see someone like that up close.Originally Posted by Tomus999
