I just got an L-Arginine Product and noticed that almost all of them says do not use if you have asthma. I have very mild asthma I use my inhaler 1 a week only If Im doing hard cardio ie Running. Whats the reason why they suggest not to use and should I not use it ??

Exactly, that would be like me writing hey I have high blood pressure and when i take these pills i feel like im gonna F#$&ing die should i stop taking them or just wait till my heart says F*&K it. Ask a doctor man i cant stress it enough i know what hes gonna tell you STOP TAKING IT.

Bottom Line: Do not use Arginine Products if you have Asthma. If you think you must, or that you are not at risk (since there are also studies which seem to indicate no adverse effect), use them carefully, and stop using them immediately if your symptoms worsen.
