    Exactly, I'm nearly 6`4 and 200lbs is nothing at that height....shreddedness is something most people cant achieve so they try to blame it on drugs.
    Shoulders have always been joocy, even after first 8 weeks of lifting they rounded up great (pics somewhere in thread)

    I am going to do my 1rm on bench tomorrow at 300lbs to celebrate the end of my dirt bulk. I am doing sets of 225x10 for regular bench.

    I am 6'2 and 253 pounds. If I had to guess, I'm at 20-22% bf. want to get to 10%.

    I really can't be bothered to reply to you properly, my practical knowledge and experience is enough for anyone to achieve what they want. I have enough nutrition knowledge to know what I'm talking about. Also there is simply no need to go on the PHD/w/e education nutrition level unless you are competing, over complication usually leads to failure, keep it simple and easy to follow.
