If you need redbull to make a preworkout give you more energy it might be a time for a stim break take 2-4 weeks off it and you will be good to go again

why would you add an inferior product like redbull to c4? Just do 1 and half scoops or 2 scoops.

why is everyone freaking out? there is only 80mg of caffeine in red bull and 135mg in c4. thats less than many pre workout in one scoop

its the fact of stacking multiple stimulants from various sources. Next someone may stack a Monster with C4 and so forth and so on. Just bad practice to do so. The same could be said with fat burners + pre-workouts. Not something you really want to advocate .Originally Posted by cumminslifter

there are no overlapping ingredients here, many pre workouts contain many more stims then what you would get with this combo yet nobody freaks out. not trying to condone this, however i just dont see why everyone is reacting like he is going to pound 10 red bulls and a tub of c4 in one go.Originally Posted by The Solution

Exactly. Get off your high horses guys. C4 directions indicate to take 1-2 scoops. At 2 scoops of C4, he would be ingesting MORE stimulants then 1 scoop C4 and 1 redbull.Originally Posted by cumminslifter

I don't understand the point in this.
If your PWO isn't effective either up the dosage or take a stim break. Why go through the hassle and added expense of mixing red bull with it.Bench: 335x1 1/29/19
