Creatine at 15
I was looking into some supplements and saw creatine mono-hydrate. I bought it and later noticed warning - do not use if under age of 21. I got on the forum and saw many teenagers being told to wait to use creatine.
I am a little different case than most teenagers. I am 15, I bench 275, squat 350, had a full beard since I was 14, and weight 250lbs and am 6' 2''
I am wondering should I still wait or can I start using it.

No need for any supps under 18. Focus on diet and training for now.

no need for a new supp unless you hit a plateau. At your age, you should be getting gains every week/month.
