After the gym tonight was going to stop at store and get either a muscle milk or chocolate milk.
I've heard chocolate milk is very beneficial but it contains so many carbs(sugar). Should I drink the muscle milk or the chocolate milk? Which is more beneficial to muscle building, if at all ? Taste doesnt apply because Im fond of both. Thanks

Unless a couple extra calories is going to kill you go with the Choc milk.

EAT. nothing wrong with some choco at 130, I imagine your bulking. Muscle milk has more protein but you should be eating enough food to get it otherwise.Originally Posted by Jordan1075

Musclemilk is not even a protein shake to me. Crappiest macros, might aswell drink plain milk instead of either.
