    Haven't hit all my macronutrients yet and it's close to night nights

    Simple question: I'm bulking so I really need these nutrients, but it's close to bedtime. I have been busy all day and I'm about 1000 cals off. Should I bank the calories or should I eat? I'm wondering if whether eating a big meal like that before bed is okay or no bueno.

    Unless you have an issue sleeping with a ton of food in your stomach, it's fine. Or you could eat a whole lot more food tomorrow .
