Con-Cret by Promera

Con-cret has been in my stacks since I started lifting weight back in May. I have not really tried any other because I have heard so much good about this product. I did, however stop taking it for a little over a month while I tried a pre-work out with creatine in it(did not even come close to Con-Cret).

I tried two different Flavors, Raw and Pinapple.

First one was Raw:

Mixed: great never anything extra sitting atthe bottom alway get all the product (I used 2 scoops before work uut and 1 after)
flavor: Note it says RAW so you get the pharmacutical flavor. Very hard to stomach this one. I mixed it with juices and still was hard to drink.
Effectiveness: I used this as my first product so i had a hard time determining the effective ness. Just getting started I was tryig to aquire my weight limits. I also hadn't fully gotten my diet down at this time, The product did help with ssome of the soreness and did give me a little extra something.

Overall I give this a 7/10 - The flavor destroied the products saleability I would recommend this because of the flavor. I would because of the products Hcl creatine that really delivers!



SECOND PINAPPLE:
Mixed: again this product really mixes well and you never lose a bit of it!
Flavor: out standing.... I love the flavor and at 430am not to bad to start with
Effectiveness: I will have to say I just finished this product 10/26/11 I thought the bottle was ever lasting. I bought 2 bottles of this and have been taking it only 1 hour pre workout. I have noticed the boost and sometimes feeling that the weights were not enough. I didnt over do the weights because I didnt want to injure myself. I maintained a slow increase each time in the gym and managed some good gains!

THIS PRODUCT IS A 10/10 : I would buy this over and over!

I've never used it but I have heard that this stuff is really good. Currently I am creatine, I don't mind it much however, I would want to try this out

I thought it was good also because the bloating and basically water weight that you see from other is not evident in this product. Keep your eye on it ... I bought it as a buy1 get1 and saved a ton! I know that other say 5g of creatine a day, I am not sure how the HCL 750 compares but 1000mg=1g i think... hopefully someone with a little more knowledge will add to this.

most people take 3-5g of regular creatine (sometimes more)

but 3g of Con-Cret is 4 scoops and that is more than enough for your average gym-goer!

Thanks for the review. I love the pineapple too.

The raw does have a very tart taste, but I found it OK mixed w/ apple juice. Good to have the choice. BTW, the raw comes in capsule form so is great on the go without the tart taste.

That is good to know... I will have to say now that I have been off this product for a couple of weeks I have really noticed my lack of endurance and recoverytime isnt as good.....I should be putting up more weight but I just dont feel the energy. I think that Con-Cret had a very positive influence on all of that. I will be getting more of this in the coming months! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!
